Hi. i have a lenovo thinkcentre desktop with windows 8.1. i need to install a multifunction canon image runner 1023 i-f. i found in canon web site the drivers to do it.. Rattbm, first run delete print jobs to remove any stuck print jobs from the queue. a stuck print job in the queue will remain, even if you try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer. hit the windows key and the x keys at the same time, programs and features, canon 2700 printer, uninstall.. restart your computer.. Step. click the "drivers" option in the left window. this will bring up a list of all the printer drivers installed on your computer. step. right-click the canon printer driver and select the "remove driver package" option from the drop-down menu that appears..
